🇵🇱 Poland recipe
Flaczki
One of Poland's most traditional and distinctive soups, flaczki is a rich, spicy tripe soup that divides opinion but inspires fierce loyalty among its fans. Thin strips of beef tripe are simmered for hours until tender in a deeply flavored broth with root vegetables, then seasoned with marjoram, nutmeg, and a generous amount of pepper. This is true Old Polish cuisine, hearty, bold, and unmistakably authentic.
