🇵🇱 Poland recipe

Bigos

Known as Hunter's Stew, bigos is considered Poland's national dish and the crown jewel of Old Polish cuisine. This magnificent, deeply flavored stew combines sauerkraut and fresh cabbage with a medley of meats including smoked sausage, pork, beef, and sometimes game. Traditionally simmered for days and reheated multiple times, each warming deepens the complex layers of flavor.
