How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, choose Subscriptions, select OriginEats, then Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until then.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then open OriginEats and use the Restore Purchases option in Settings. Your Premium access will be restored automatically.
Does my data sync between devices?
Yes. If iCloud is enabled for OriginEats on your devices, your saved recipes, collections, and cooking history sync privately through your own iCloud account. We never see the contents of this data.
Can I use the app offline?
Recipes you have already viewed and your saved content are available offline. Browsing new dishes and loading new images requires an internet connection.
How do I request a recipe or suggest a feature?

I found a problem or the app crashed. What should I do?
Sorry about that. Please email support@origineats.app with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened — it helps us fix issues quickly.
