🇭🇺 Hungary recipe
Gulyás
Gulyás, the iconic Hungarian beef soup, is a celebration of paprika and patience. Chunks of beef are slowly simmered with caramelized onions, sweet Hungarian paprika, caraway seeds, and root vegetables until the broth is deeply flavored and the meat falls apart at the touch of a fork. Served with crusty bread, it warms from the inside out.
