🇮🇩 Indonesia recipe
Rendang
Rendang is a Minangkabau masterpiece from West Sumatra, often called the world's most delicious food. Beef is slowly braised in coconut milk and a complex spice paste until the liquid evaporates completely, leaving meat that is incredibly tender and coated in a thick, caramelized layer of intensely concentrated spices. The long, patient cooking process transforms the ingredients into something extraordinary.
