Classic Chicken Salad
Most chicken salads are heavy, mayo-bound things; this version uses sour cream alongside the mayo for a lighter, brighter dressing. Fresh dill is the unexpected flavor that lifts the whole thing — without it the salad reads as 'leftover chicken with mayo,' with it the salad reads as 'deli classic.' Use rotisserie chicken for the easiest version.
