🇰🇭 Cambodia recipe
Nom Banh Chok
Nom Banh Chok, often called Khmer noodles, is Cambodia's original rice noodle dish and one of its oldest culinary traditions. Fresh, hand-pressed rice noodles are served with a vibrant green fish curry sauce made by pounding lemongrass, turmeric, and galangal with fresh fish, then simmering with coconut milk until thick and fragrant. The dish is crowned with a garden of raw vegetables, banana flower shreds, and edible flowers.
