🇰🇭 Cambodia recipe
Bai Sach Chrouk
Bai Sach Chrouk is Cambodia's most iconic street breakfast, found at roadside stalls across the country from dawn. Thin slices of pork are marinated in a sweet mixture of coconut milk and garlic, then slowly grilled over glowing charcoal until caramelized and smoky. The meat is sliced and fanned over a mound of broken jasmine rice, accompanied by a clear pickled vegetable broth, sliced cucumbers, and a fried egg.
