🇰🇭 Cambodia recipe
Kdam Chaa
Kdam Chaa is the crown jewel of Cambodia's coastal cuisine, a spectacular dish of whole crab stir-fried with the world-famous Kampot pepper. Fresh, meaty crabs are hacked into pieces and wok-tossed at extreme heat with clusters of fresh green peppercorns, garlic, scallions, and a savory-sweet sauce. The dish celebrates the terroir of Kampot province, where the finest pepper and freshest seafood come together.
