🇪🇸 Spain recipe

Pimientos de Padrón

The simplest and most beloved tapa in Spain. Small green peppers from the town of Padrón in Galicia are blistered in very hot olive oil until charred and wrinkled, then showered with coarse sea salt. Most are mild and sweet, but every now and then one is fiery hot, giving rise to the famous saying: 'Os pementos de Padrón, uns pican e outros non.'
