🇵🇹 Portugal recipe

Arroz de Marisco

A magnificent Portuguese seafood rice that showcases the country's deep connection to the Atlantic Ocean. Unlike a dry rice dish, arroz de marisco is intentionally brothy and soupy, with the rice swimming in a richly flavoured tomato and shellfish stock. It is a celebration dish, often the centrepiece of family gatherings along the Portuguese coast.
