🇧🇷 Brazil recipe
Churrasco
Churrasco is the grand barbecue tradition of southern Brazil, rooted in the gaucho culture of Rio Grande do Sul. Large cuts of beef, pork, and chicken are seasoned simply with coarse salt, skewered on long metal espetos, and slowly roasted over glowing charcoal. The meat is carved tableside in thin slices, an endless parade of smoky, juicy perfection.
